Interest Rates

When arranging a mortgage there is a large range of different interest rates that you can select from to suit your individual circumstances including but not limited to fixed rates, tracker rates or discounted rates.  Each lender on the island has a list of rates that are available.  Basically these can be broken down into two groups, fixed rates and variable rates.  Depending on your circumstances you may want to guarantee your monthly payment to enable you to budget for the future or you may want the flexibility that some variable rates offer.  At Financial Options we have access to all of the rates available on the island from each of the lenders and can advise on the best rate for you.
