Due to recent changes with several of the banks we now have a much greater choice when it comes to Buy to Let mortgages on the Island.
Typically, the maximum loan percentage (loan to value or LTV) is 75% but there are better rates available if you can keep the loan to a maximum of 65%.
Therefore, if you have a sufficient deposit there are some excellent Buy-to-Let opportunities on the Isle of Man.
